Removal of a permanent food truck

Hello community! Is the removal of a permanent food truck typical? See here:

Supposedly, the user that deleted it has seen it not there some days, however I live where I pass by this everyday and it has been there for years. It is an offshoot of a local Mexican food place a few miles away.

See here recent Mapillary imagery I’ve taken:

It is the red food truck under the billboard

Hi

I left a comment in the CS discussion.

If the truck is there regularly it can be mapped and thus should not be deleted.

Feel free to revert the CS that deleted the POI to keep the history of the node.

Cheers

I would add Tag:street_vendor=yes - OpenStreetMap Wiki to mark that it is food truck that is not there 100% of the time.

I readded it in Changeset: 166755859 | OpenStreetMap

I would also tag it street_vendor=yes and additionally consider retagging from restaurant to fast_food

I can imagine a food truck that could possibly fit the idea of a restaurant (perhaps with picnic table outdoor seating and they have staff that will serve you at a table) but it would be quite rare, and based on Mapillary it doesn’t seem to be the case here

Also while I’m here something seems to have gone wrong with Relation: 18484710 | OpenStreetMap, it is marking the entire parking lot as also being a building
