Door telkens te reageren, notes te sluitenā¦krijgt hij wel zijn aandacht. Is negeren niet gewoon het meest voor de hand liggend. Donāt feed the troll.

Nee, ik had niet de illusie. Zal binnenkort de buurt eens rondfietsen met een 360Ā° cam en alles op Mapillary zetten, inclusief de op dit moment geblurde woningen in Google Streetview

closing notes is proper reaction here - what is alternative? Keeping this debris open forever?
Though I guess that reposting notes here is not worth doing, just mass close that spam.
I guess we may ask DWG to hide them, but that is just lame debris and it is not worth hiding them like we would do with some kind of notes.

What could work, just a proposal, is that we, for the time being, ignore all notes: no answering but also no closing. This might stop putting fuel on the fire and attention and further notes might diminish. After a decent period (say three months?), we then bulk close the notes; as these notes are anonymous, the prosecutor does not receive any notification and it might go unnoticed.
No guarantee for success, but worth a try? Knowing that mr. X is reading here?
We can try, but chances are someone who has no clue about this thread will just come along and close them. And it also depends on how many notes they make.
Another option might be to just automatically close them with an identical bot response until they get tired of not interacting with people.
I have also asked the DWG if theyāre willing to just automatically delete any new anonymous notes near that neighborhood or even Hilversum.
Keeping them open for long time also will be showing this debris to people handling notes.

The person seems to have resumed their note spam. (though tbh, it never ended)
We are at a ridiculous 150+ notes. I have told them in https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3916414 (edit: the note has been hidden) that if they want to discuss something, they can use this forum thread instead of continouing to spam the notes. They certainly know how to find this thread, and this is a proper place for discussion. Not notes. (and also it being better moderated helps a lot)
And can we all just agree to not engage with them anymore in notes, regardless the content? Because this has gone on way too long already. We try to actually engage with them in one note, and they just continue to hurl insults in another.

Note: 3912968 | OpenStreetMap was relatively useful.
But after several attempts to explain that private driveways/footways are mappable they keep opening the same notes over and over again. Sometimes with insults or threats, for example in https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3917324 (likely will be soon hidden by DWG).

Ik zal er deze week eens langsgaan. Na 2400 uur slapen de mensen en in mijn dienstvoertuig zal ik toch wel niet aangevallen worden ?
Hoewel, op 1 persoon na, lijkt mij dat de mensen daar een vredelievend volkje vormen.
Ik vind zowel OSM als QM interessant. 
Serieus: ik heb naast mijn werk een rol gehad waarin ik enkele tientallen gevallen van stalking op mijn bordje kreeg. De eerste paar keer deed ik dat niet goed. Bij een landelijk overleg wees iemand me op een WODC publicatie over stalking, of belaging zoals het in de Nederlandse wetgeving genoemd wordt. Titel vergeten en niet gevonden op de site.
Het belangrijkste is dat stalkers op precies 2 manieren ertoe gebracht kunnen worden om te stoppen en wij doen hier geen van beide. De eerste is ādonāt feed the trollā; wij voeden die met iedere post in deze thread. Ik had het er over willen hebben bij de laatste woensdagavond conferentie maar het ontbrak aan tijd. Ik wil hier met meelezend Hilversum ook niet vertellen hoe het moet. Met technische ingrepen bescherm je wel de kaart, maar helpt je de persoon niet stoppen.
Ik weet niet hoe ik hier uit kom. Overleg met een paar empatische mensen die de casus veel beter kennen dan ik?

En bij mijn bezoek constateerde ik dat er geen hek staat. Er hangt wel een ketting over de weg.
Die heb ik dan ook op de kaart gezet samen met access=no.
Wellicht helpt dat ook een beetje.
Wat is de surface vanaf de ketting tot de garageboxen?
Was er sprake van een art. 461 bord?
De ketting (alleen) kan wederrechtelijk geplaatst zijn; het 461-bordje overigens ook.
