Is the difference not represented by the size of the object? Even a big city will not provide hundreds of these facilities so it should be quite easy to distinguish.
Nevertheless I think these small sized multi sport facilities are also called “game court” in english, see Game Court in Wikipedia. The use of this term would offer opportunities for a specific tagging like
leisure=game_court (instead of sports_centre) or
leisure=sports_centre + sports_centre=game_court
My vote would go for the first option but probably some more participants will add their thoughts.
