I’m pretty sure that lay people would still refer to them as zebra crossings, as I don’t think most people would realise the significance of the give way markings at real zebra crossings. It’s probably not in the Highway Code or Driving Theory Test.
I’m using the not: namespace because I can’t think of anything better
