Look at the node for Paris. Its population matches the population of the area for the city of Paris relation. Wikidata matches too. Same for Munich.
That’s really subjective. I will still say that this forest is located in city X. The Wikidata for the border is the same also which would imply they’re the same thing.
No, you clearly haven’t read all of my posts. This event simply means that the city of Limerick no longer has defined borders and a new entity called the Metropolitan District has been created.
They are defined by the borders if they exist. There are lots of villages in Poland that don’t have administrative boundaries defined. These are the exact cases, where nodes tagged with place=*
should stay as they are.
