They have not yet been officially approved, the procedure was to take place at the next meeting. I started the consultation because of the long time it took to evaluate them - it took a while to translate them into English.
From the discussion, it seems that the consultation, and the information gained from it, was much more necessary than the evaluation of the documents themselves.
