I don’t know if you were able to resolve your issue, however, I had the same issue with Tesla directiing people to a destination on a route with locked gates through which you can not pass. When I spoke with Tesla the person elevated the complaint a couple of levels and the person I finally spoke with said if there is ever an issue like this the best thing to do is “Report a Bug” though the Tesla onboard system. I do not drive a Tesla, so I am not exactly sure how this is done. But I am sure you can search “Report a Bug”
