Is this (and similar horribly looking) highway is actually tertiary and not unclassified (it even feels like exaggeration to call it residential)?

That is asphalt road connecting settlement to state highway.

Another, not that important question: I saw that a certain someone (probably affiliated with some tourism based org) made a lot of edits “attribution=Name of the guy” tagged, which looked pretty unusual to me. What was surprising that there were (proper) guideposts along the hiking trail containing the data of the place (name, elevation, coordinates and some code+QR code), and

• the QR code leads to some org which seemed to be affiliated with the aforementioned person, and
• the coordinates on the boards were way off.

Since I have updated some paths I have updated source and removed attribution, but I was puzzled whether that’s normal or it’s just someone wanting a bit of undeserved fame.

Were those hiking trail posts or bicycle route posts? What was the name you removed?
