I don’t think that the way forward here relies with “reviewing more evidence”.

I meant theoretical evidence for DWG being evil.

I am pretty sure that it does not exist, like in all previous cases I investigated where people complained that DWG is evil/vandalising OSM data and so on.

For the avoidance of doubt, I stand by (for example) this 1 day block for the reasons given - SHARCRASH’s comment on this note . OSM is a community and we have to work together. This individual has consistently exhibited their inability to do that.
