You can click on the E link to get a more precise description of the report. Here it says “Name with uppercase”. The associated guideline is to use “local capitalisation rules” (not business-preferred capitalisation).
Looking at these three names, I definitely would not use all-uppercase for them in France, but Italy may have different rules.
If for any reason these names are correct, the proper way to remove them from the list is to mark them as false-positive, not fixed.
