Enable threaded comments or structured discussion to improve large-scale mapping debates

I would like to kindly ask the platform maintainers to consider introducing a more structured comment section — perhaps threaded (tree-like) comments instead of a single continuous list

Is this an option? Do you know what the settings are called?
