Intermittent CORS issues with editing API

Observe that no map data loads ### Screenshot(s) or anything else? ``` Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/map.json?bbox=-97.84423828125,30.472348632640834,-97.83874511718749,30.477082932837682. (Reason: header ‘authorization’ is not allowed according to header ‘Access-Control-Allow-Headers’ from CORS preflight response). Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at https://api.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/map.json?bbox=-97.84423828125,30.472348632640834,-97.83874511718749,30.477082932837682. (Reason: CORS request did not succeed).
